A York-headquartered company which develops workforce management software has acquired a US business, Advance Systems America, in order to accelerate its growth in the States.

The American company has been a partner of Mitrefinch for the last eight years, selling its time and attendance systems to US-based businesses.

With operations in the UK, US, Australia and Canada, Mitrefinch provides time and attendance, HR, payroll and access control software to over 4,000 clients including Nestlé, L’Oréal and Yearsley Group. It has a 160-strong team in the UK and employs a further 90 people overseas.

Former CEO of Advance Systems America, Gary Corcoran, takes on the position of CEO of Mitrefinch Inc.
