A Yorkshire-based corporate finance firm has partnered with a specialist global mergers and acquisitions advisory group to boost its international deal making capabilities.
BHP Corporate Finance, which has offices in Leeds and Sheffield, has joined forces with Switzerland-based Translink Corporate Finance, a global advisory group with a team of over 600 experts spanning 30 different countries.
The international group offers advisory services on mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings and IPOs to private and public companies, private equity firms and entrepreneurs.
