Connecting exporters from the Leeds City Region

FREE EVENT: Support and funding available to Yorkshire Exporters
A panel of seasoned exporter from across the Leeds City Region will host the first quarterly ExportE

A panel of seasoned exporters from across the Leeds City Region will host the first quarterly ExportExchange peer to peer event on 27 September at York Racecourse.

The first ExportExchange ‘Live’ has been designed to provide real examples of the resources available to new or growing exporters in the Leeds City Region, including grants, loan and matched funding, export documentation and research services.

The free event will hear directors and managers from real businesses discuss in their own words how they tackled challenges and received overseas sales support. Hosted by former business editor David Parkin, the panel will include a number of firms who have recently obtained assistance from a range of sources in selling overseas.

“ExportExchange is all about learning from our peers who have successfully grown exporting businesses, and these events will share that same principle. The idea is that we give businesses a succinct and current overview of the different types of support currently available, and get realistic insights directly from businesses about how to best leverage these resources,” said Victoria Bolidison, ExportExchange network manager.

Businesses interested in attending the event, which will run from 8.00am to 10.00am on Wednesday 27 September at York Racecourse, should register here.
