Hortor, the Leeds headquartered global strategic resourcing consultancy, is launching a new office in Slovakia as part of its ambitious five-year plan to become a £100m turnover business.
The new office will be located in the centre of Bratislava and led by business development managers, Daniela Kroulíková and Vilius Martinkus.
Hortor’s Slovakia team will be supported by a network spanning Central and Eastern Europe, as well as a UK-based delivery centre. They will focus on finding potential candidates for temporary and permanent positions.
The team’s specialist areas of focus will include AI and machine learning; software development; cyber security and infrastructure; network solutions and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Hortor aims to become a market leading recruiter in the digital, tech and IT sector, providing bespoke managed services to a worldwide client base.
Over the last 18 months, the company has invested more than £500,000 andexpects to appoint a further 20 recruits during 2020.
Martinkus said: “Although this is Hortor’s first foray into Slovakian marketplace, Daniela and I plan to employ the same quality, speed and experience Hortor’s original UK operation has successfully delivered.
